Input & Output Module
CMS manufactured PP-RT is a low cost digital I/O device with 16 Digital Inputs and 4 analogue inputs max. It can monitor different analogue inputs with 4-20mA/ 0-10VDC/0-1VDC, with the addition of external relays, it can monitor and control different devices such as remote pumps, air circuit breakers, MIMIC displays, etc.
There will be 8 digital Output for controlling devices.
Communications
The PP-RT supports the Modbus RTU protocol through its built-in RS485 communications port at 9600/19200bps. This allows the PP-RT to be integrated into any MODBUS Master like PLC Controller. The PP-60-RT is a Modbus slave. It transmits analogue input, digital input and digital output signals into the Modbus master unit. Thus, they can display them and log their values into the memory for recording and monitoring. The device address can be set easily with a program supporting a maximum of 256 unique IDs.
